Troath opening super small?

that opening in the back of my throat is very small. my tooth had been hurting and my left side of my mouth got swollen but this opening keeps getting smaller every morning when i wake up.Today its the fifth day of the tooth pain and the tooth pain has subsided almost completely but the throat opening is very very small. i do not have health insurance and i have been taking ibuprofen but it has not helped with the swelling. i am afraid to go to sleep because every morning when i wake up its more and more swollen. Help has anyone had a similar situation?
