Is it okay to use Ibuprofen PM just as a sleep aid?

I've really not been able to sleep much at all the past few weeks, despite doing what I can to keep my sleeping schedule consistent. Even if I'm completely tired out, I'll spend an hour or two trying to fall asleep and keep waking up throughout the night, repeating that process. We've got Ibuprofen PM in our medicine cabinet (basically a pain reliever/sleep aid), and I was wondering if that would be fine to use simply for the sleep aid half of it. It's too late to go out and get any pure sleep aid, and I really need something.
