Is there such a thing as a weather resistant container that holds a standard yard waste bag?

I have a yard waste bag going all the time on my back patio into which I empty swept debris such as leaves, pine cones/needles, etc. The patio is partially covered so I can keep the bag dry but I sure would love to have a receptacle to place it in that looks nice since it's visible from our family room slider and from the neighbor's patio. Does such a thing exist? I've done online searches and can't really find anything specifically made to fit a standard yard waste bag.
