Got Up to a zero gauge..help please?

So yesterday i put my 0g in didnt really hurt that bad. later on they hurt a little but i took ibuprofen and they felt fine. Last night i drank got extremely drunk and passed out coulda irritated my ears but they are now swollen and had some dry blood in the back tehy dont hurt just swollen and no puss at all what should i do?
