How to swallow pills, I can't...?

just put it in the back of your throat, and take a gulp of water, enough to fill your mouth but not too much that you cant easily swallow. now tilt your head back and just swallow normally. the key is tilting your head back, its helps a lot. later you swallow it take a few more gulps of water to keep it down i guess, ive never spit one back up.
