Its late at night and I have a horrible toothache. No Dentists open.?

So it is quarter after 10 at night on a Sunday night. My tooth hurts HORRIBLY. I took 4 even 5 ibuprofen every 4 hours and it still hurts. My Mom even gave me a few Vicodin she had from a toothache she had a while ago and still no dice. Actually after the Vicodin it hurts even worse. I have no Dental insurance and am unemployed atm and I am thinking about going into a dentist tomorrow or something to try and compromise a payment plan to get it checked out but it hurts right now and there's no way I'll be able to sleep tonight. I don't wanna rack up a huge ER bill or anything like that. I do have medical insurance but not Dental. Does anyone have any way I could go to the ER and not rack up a huge bill and just get some pain killers hopefully under my med insurance? Or just something I can do? Thanks
