Extreme headache. Help?

I'm sick. The past two days ive been nauseous, my throat hurts, i have body aches, ear aches, and my vision has been blurred. Along with an extremely painful headache/migrane on the left side of my head. Everytime i get up from sitting or laying down it feels like someone is bashing my head with a baseball bat. I've taken ibuprofen, Aleve and Sudafed. Nothing helps. Ive been resting a lot and have had ice packs on my head. Any suggestions besides going to the doctor?
