How do i deal with this muscle spasm?

well it all started in track practice a little more than two months ago. on a stretch i pulled the muscle in front of both of my thighs. and it made me not be able to run for a whole month. i wasnt able to lift my legs. but after a while my life leg started to get back to normal. one day, two or three weeks ago i heard news that was urgent and caused me to run full speed. when i did this my right leg went to a whole other level of pain to the point i had to go to the emergency room in a wheel chair and left with crutches. my doctors just told me to take ibuprofen and lay off it which i have already been doing and it hasnt helped and it looks and feels like my front muscle has moved. till this day my leg is still messed up and i dont know what to do. it feels like my summer is messed up and my doctors arent tryin to help smh. any suggestions?
