How do I solve this basic algebra story problem? Find the grams!?

I can't quite figure out how to solve this problem. I just need a little help on how to solve it. Thanks for all the help :) Children's Liquid Motrin contains 100. mg of the pain reliever ibuprofen per 5 mL. If the dose for a 45 lb. child is 1.5 teaspoons, how many grams of ibuprofen would the child receive? (1 teaspoon=5mL)
