I can't fall asleep... help!?

I am really tired and I've been trying to fall asleep for an hour and a half. I fal asleep for like 5 min but I can't stay asleep. I took an allergy pill earlier cuz my eyes were itching and I was sneazing and I had a horrible ache so I took an ibuprofen. (I only took 1 of each don't worry)
