I need some serious help with my rook piercing......?

I had gotten my rook pierced over a week ago yesturday it started to become very pain full and started to swell the welling isnt to bad like mabey doubled in size of my normal ear. We iv been cleaning it wth h2ocean spracya few times a day i. I tryed soaking it for the pain didnt help. Then iv iced it but that made the pain worse. Iv tryed taking ibuprofen it worked yesturday very well but i woke up at 130 in serious pain . I took more i ibuprofen it hasnt kicked in yet. But the pain is soooo bad i cant sleep.there is no discolor discharge from my piercing the whole ear hurts its throbing its not hot to the touch justa lil warm fromthe back is there anything i can do to stop the pin dont saygo to the doctor or take it out im trying everything before doing that. Iwould like to know is there anything ican do to reduce swelling and pain plzzz
