Ex suggestion duel relocation less than 50 miles out of state, now hesitating on signing consent?!?

he would have to take you to court in contest of you moving out of state and then what? prove to the judge it is actually closer? he would gain nothing by taking this to court . . .I wouldn't worry too much about it . . .
