What should i do? should I tell someone?

I have overdosed before loads of times before and i've done 2 recently one was on sunday i only took 13 paracetamol's (500 mg) and then the next day I took 28 pills half was parcetamol's (500mg) and the other half was ibuprofen (200mg). in all the overdose's I've done i have ended up throwing up. But i have thrown up after from taking 28 but i still feel really sick and i have sticked my finger down my gob and i only threw up abit. i dont know if i have liver damage or not because i have been to a doctor before and they say if you feel sick and you're not throwing up you may have liver damage. my mum does know i have done it before in my past but she doesn't know about my recent ones. what do you think i should do?
