How do I know if it is a sinus headache?

About 2 weeks ago I was sick with a cold and sinus infection (possibly). I had fever, very congested. A few days ago, I started to get a really bad headache. Pressure in bridge of nose, temples top back, and front of head. I have taken ibuprofen to little or no avail. My mucus is clear now. But I've head this "pressured" headache for 5 days now. It's intermittent. It'll come and go during the day but still there. I notice when I'm doing a steambath, my headache diminishes. Don't want have to go to Dr. unless I really need to. Any advice is greatly appreciated! Thanks =)
