Tylenol versus Ibuprofen. Can they both save your life after a heart attack?

One hears of how Tylenol can save one's life if they have a heart attack because it thins the blood. I'm wondering if the same cab be said of Ibuprofen? If someone took an Ibuprofen because they had a sore neck for example and, say, three hours later sadly had a heart attack....might they be saved by the Ibuprofen pill they took in the same way one might be saved had they had a Tylenol?
